Muc Muc Manufacturing is a wet cat food contract manufacturer based in Slovenia, in the European Union.
We produce wet cat food in three formats: single-serve pouches, cans, and multi-serve tubs. We do not produce dry kibble or treats.
Every recipe we run contains 90% or more meat. This is the baseline across the whole range, not a premium tier. Standard proteins are chicken, pork, beef and fish. Venison and other game meat are available for limited and premium lines.
The business is built on more than 20 years of meat production. Wet cat food at 90%+ meat content depends almost entirely on sourcing, handling and processing meat correctly, which is the work we have been doing the longest.
All production takes place in our own facility. Nothing is subcontracted.
White label means the client sells one of our existing recipes under their own label. A first run is typically ready in one to four weeks once formula and packaging are confirmed.
Private label means we develop a new recipe to the client's specification and produce it exclusively for that brand. Development and first production typically take four to eight weeks.
Our minimum order quantity is under 500 units. This is deliberately low so that a new brand can test a product on the market before committing to volume.
We work with direct-to-consumer pet brands, subscription boxes, ecommerce and marketplace sellers, pet retailers building own-brand ranges, and veterinary clinics offering a recommended diet under their own name.
